Booking data: when you make a booking through Ticketlogy, we collect your first name, last name, email address and phone number, in order to manage the booking, process it with the relevant supplier and send you the confirmation and corresponding ticket or voucher.
Payment data: payment is processed through Redsys, your bank's payment gateway. Ticketlogy never stores your full card details at any point.
Browsing data: while you browse the website, a technical session cookie is used to remember the contents of your shopping cart and your chosen browsing language, without personally identifying you.
Contact communications: if you write to us by email or through any form on the site, we will process the data you provide to respond to your query.
The processing of your data for booking management is based on the performance of the intermediation contract you accept when completing a purchase. The processing of contact enquiries is based on your consent when sending us the relevant communication.
In order to provide the service, your booking data is passed on to the third-party supplier responsible for the activity, transfer or ticket booked, strictly to the extent necessary to process your booking.
We use Mailjet as our email platform for booking confirmation emails, and Redsys as our payment gateway. Both providers process your data solely to provide that service to Ticketlogy, in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable data protection regulations.
We do not disclose or sell your personal data to third parties for advertising or commercial purposes unrelated to managing your booking.
We retain your booking data for as long as necessary to comply with applicable legal obligations (including tax obligations and handling potential claims), and in any case for as long as you do not request its deletion and no legal obligation prevents us from doing so.
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability of your data at any time by writing to ticket@ticketlogy.com, stating the right you wish to exercise and enclosing a copy of a document proving your identity.
If you believe the processing of your data does not comply with applicable regulations, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
A cookie is a small file stored in your browser when you visit a website, which allows that website to remember information about your visit, such as your preferred language or the contents of your shopping cart.
Technical or necessary cookies: essential for the website to work, such as those that keep items in your shopping cart while you browse, or remember your selected language. As they are strictly necessary to provide the service you request, they do not require your prior consent.
Third-party cookies: the Redsys payment gateway may set its own technical cookies during the payment process, necessary to complete the transaction securely.
This website does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. Should any such tool be added in the future, this policy will be updated to duly inform you before its use, and your consent will be requested where required.
You can allow, block or delete cookies installed on your device through your browser settings. Please note that blocking technical cookies may prevent the shopping cart and booking process from working correctly.
